Ideal Rankine Cycle ASP.NET Webpage - Integration of MATLAB created .NET component with web application using VB in ASP.NET This demo uses MATLAB Builder for .NET to create a .NET component from a MATLAB function rankine.m. The .NET component is then deployed to the web using a Visual Basic (VB) Active Server Page for the .NET Framework (ASP.NET) built in Microsoft Visual Studio. A graphical user interface (GUI) was created in VB which calls into the MATLAB created component to compute the thermodynamic properties of an Ideal Rankine cycle.There are two points of interest in this demo. The first point of interest is the use of the MATLAB structure as input and output of the rankine.m function. The use of a structure requires the data passed into and out of the component use the MWStructArray object from the MWArray Class Library. The second point of interest is the web deployment of a MATLAB created .NET component. Requirements: · MATLAB Release: R2006b · MATLAB Builder for .NET · MATLAB Compiler
